This planing helper is not to held events or planing any events. This is to help those organiser to do what they need to do. For example, when the organiser have plan all the things, but they are lacking of people to launch the events, then planing helper will provided people and everything they need. But planing helper will not touch on any planing activities, what they will do is follow the organiser order.
